Custom Response Teleservices
Custom Response Teleservices (CRT) is an international call service center, first opened their offices in McCook in 2002. They are expanding into a building at 302 East First Street. The building is owned by the McCook Community Development Corporation (AmFirst Bank, Wells Fargo Bank, and McCook National Bank) who renovated the building in 1998. CRT has indicated that moving to the new facility will enable them to increase the number of employees from their current 25 to 60 or more in the first year. CRT opened for business in their new location on July 12, 2004. |
