The Missouri Avenue Manor is a 36-unit housing complex, designed specifically for elderly residents. The facility was originally built in 1977, and then expanded with an addition in 1979.
Westwood Circle
Built in 1977, Westwood Circle is a 12-unit complex available to qualifying low-income families.
Qualifying private dwellings can also be subsidized for low-income families and elderly residents through the Section 8 voucher system.
