03.28.06 – McCook, NE
Starting in August 2004, 73 participants have completed the MEDC Homebuyer Education Class. Held quarterly at McCook Community College, this REACH approved eight-hour class has provided information to homebuyers at a minimal cost to the participant. This class is a requirement for the MEDC Purchase, Rehab and Resale program. It is also a requirement for many NIFA, USDA and FHLBank Topeka housing loans and programs. Classes remaining in 2006: August 29 & 31 and October 28.
